6.8 oz bottle light ginger beer
1 c. ice
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Slice orange into quarters, reserving two or three slices for garnish; set aside. Juice orange slices and add to a mug. Fill mug to top with ice and add ginger beer. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves and serve.
