    Early morning light reaches into a row of trees in the grapefruit grove. The trees are planted in long rows to capture maximum light, and for efficient irrigation. When measuring the current grapefruit crop, we see that the fruit is attaining good size. This grapefruit will be ready to harvest next month. This 30-year old grapefruit tree is filled with fruit, some hanging in the grape-like clusters that give the citrus its name.

    We work daily to monitor the results of both our growing practices, and the unique patterns of each season. We are delighted to report that this year’s early spring bloom has produced a stunning crop of delicious Bartlett Pears. As the harvest season grows near, this mature Bartlett Pear tree displays a hearty crop of generously sized fruit.
