As we approach the peak season for our Honey Mandarins, the internal quality remains excellently delicious. We’ll be harvesting for just a few more weeks and we continue to have cool nights which is optimal for growing conditions. The peel has its full orange color and they should continue to be a delicious treat until the end of May.
